Hot Cross Buns works very hard to match bunnies with their new families. We compare our clients' personalities and home lifestyle with the needs and temperaments of our bunnies. If we don't have any kits who will be a good fit, we will be honest and ask you to wait a bit longer. We want to place happy rabbits with happy, loving families. That is our goal.
Because we strive to be responsible about our breeding, we have our clients sign a Pet Rabbit Placement Contract outlining the standard of care by which we want our bunnies to live. We also require new families to sign a Spay/Neuter Agreement to ensure that all Hot Cross Buns placed as pets will be cared for responsibly, to ensure their long-term health and well-being.
We pour our hearts and time into our bunnies to give them the very best start. They live in extra-large, clean cages with handmade fleece liners, litter box liners, resting mats, toys, Sherwood food, organically grown hay, and fresh water. They are handled, loved on, taken for car rides, introduced to friends and family (for socialization) and given lots of time to hop, play and explore in the safety of our home. We adore the Hot Cross Buns and we know you will, too!
